To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Securely pack your MAONO gear in its original box, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
